On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into a large rectangle.

Spread marinara sauce over dough, leaving a one-inch border. Evenly layer mozzarella, cheddar, pepperoni, sausage, diced bell pepper, onion, and black olives over the sauce.

From one long edge, tightly roll dough into a log. Pinch seam and ends to seal, then place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush olive oil over the surface and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and allow to rest for five minutes.
