02 - 1 pound (16 ounces) Pepperjack cheese, shredded
03 - 16 ounces cottage cheese
04 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush a 9x13 inch baking dish with the melted butter to prevent sticking.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs, shredded Pepperjack cheese, cottage cheese, flour, and salt until well combined.
03 - Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the eggs are completely set. Start checking for doneness around 45 minutes.
