Start by heating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Take your dinner rolls and slice them horizontally as one unit, keeping all the rolls connected. Place the bottom half in your prepared baking dish.

Whisk those eggs with milk, a pinch of salt, and some fresh pepper until well combined. Cook them in a nonstick pan over medium heat, stirring gently until they're just set but still look a bit creamy.

Spread your perfectly scrambled eggs over the bottom half of the rolls. Sprinkle generously with that crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.

Put the top half of the rolls back on. Brush them with melted butter (mix in that garlic powder and herbs if you're using them - it adds such great flavor!).

Cover your creation with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Then remove that foil and let them go another 5-7 minutes until they're golden on top and that cheese is perfectly melted and gooey.
