Caramel Coffee Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups white chocolate chips.
02 - 2 Tbsp butter, unsalted.
03 - 3/4 cup Dulce de Leche (from can).
04 - 1/2 cup marshmallow cream.
05 - 2 tsp instant coffee.
06 - 1 tsp hot water.
07 - 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk.
08 - 1/4 cup dark chocolate melting wafers.

# Instructions:

01 - Line an 8x8 pan with foil. Leave some hanging over the sides so you can lift it out later.
02 - Melt white chocolate and butter in a pot on low-medium heat. Keep stirring so it doesn't burn.
03 - Mix in Dulce de Leche until smooth. Add marshmallow cream and stir until everything's mixed well.
04 - Pour into your lined pan. Smooth the top flat. Put in fridge for 30 minutes to set a bit.
05 - Mix instant coffee with hot water until dissolved. Stir into condensed milk.
06 - Melt dark chocolate. Drizzle it over the fudge however you like.

# Notes:

01 - Perfect if you like coffee and caramel together.
02 - Want stronger coffee taste? Add another teaspoon of instant coffee.
