Easy Butter Pecan Praline Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake Base

01 - 1 box yellow cake mix
02 - 3 large eggs
03 - 1 cup milk
04 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

→ Toppings & Fillings

05 - 1 cup chopped pecans
06 - 1 can sweetened condensed milk
07 - 1 cup caramel sauce
08 - Whipped topping for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Take a 9×13-inch baking dish and grease it thoroughly to prevent sticking.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, eggs, milk, and melted butter. Mix everything together until you have a smooth, lump-free batter.
03 - Transfer your batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until you can insert a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean.
04 - While the cake is cooling slightly, combine the sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce in a saucepan. Heat until well blended and warm.
05 - Once the cake has cooled a bit, poke holes throughout the entire surface. Pour the warm sauce mixture over the cake, making sure it seeps into all the holes.
06 - Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours or until thoroughly chilled. Before serving, top with whipped topping and sprinkle with extra pecans for added crunch.
