Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Bark (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Greek yogurt (1 cup).
02 - Frozen wild blueberries (1/2 cup).
03 - Ground cinnamon (1/4 teaspoon, optional).
04 - Maple syrup (1-2 teaspoons, optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Line 12x9 inch baking sheet with parchment paper, clip sides if desired.
02 - Let blueberries thaw slightly then mash with fork until flattened.
03 - Combine mashed berries with yogurt and optional ingredients.
04 - Spread mixture evenly on pan about 1/4-1/3 inch thick.
05 - Freeze 1.5-2 hours until firm then break into pieces.

# Notes:

01 - Any fat content yogurt works.
02 - Can adjust sweetness to taste.
03 - Store in freezer between parchment.
