Turn your oven on to 400°F. Put some parchment paper on a baking sheet. Place your naan on it and dab or mist them with a little water. Set the tray aside while you get everything else ready.

Warm up olive oil in a medium skillet over a gentle flame. Toss in the red onions with red pepper flakes and a bit of salt. Cook till the onions soften and droop—takes about 3 to 5 minutes. Pour in honey and keep stirring until they're rich and caramel brown. When they're done, take them off the heat.

Grab a small dish, toss in the ricotta and feta, and mash them together until it's all one cheesy blend.

Spoon on the cheese blend over the naan bases. Scatter caramelized onions on top, then sprinkle those fresh blueberries all around.

Slide the naan pizzas into your hot oven. Bake for roughly ten minutes until the cheese loosens up, the naan edges get golden, and the blueberries start juicing up. Pull out and layer on the arugula right before serving.
