Blue Christmas Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups white chocolate chips.
02 - 2 tablespoons heavy cream.
03 - 2 tablespoons blue curacao.
04 - 1/2 cup sanding sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat chocolate and cream in microwave in 30-second increments at half power, stirring between, until smooth.
02 - Stir blue curacao into melted chocolate mixture.
03 - Cover and refrigerate for two hours until firm.
04 - Roll slightly heaping teaspoons of mixture into balls. Roll in sanding sugar to coat.
05 - Place on parchment-lined tray. Refrigerate one hour to set. Keep refrigerated.

# Notes:

01 - Can add blue food coloring if needed.
02 - Must be kept refrigerated.
03 - Color intensity varies by curacao brand.
