01 - Cooking oil of choice
02 - 1.5 pounds redskin or gold potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
03 - Kosher salt
04 - Pepper
05 - Seasoning blend of choice (e.g., Kinder's Garlic and Herb)
06 - 1.5 to 2 pounds steak of choice (e.g., sirloin), cut into bite-size pieces
07 - 6 to 8 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 4 tablespoons butter

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your griddle to medium heat for several minutes. Add cooking oil and the potatoes. Season with kosher salt, pepper, and your choice of seasoning blend.
02 - Add some water and cover with a melting dome. Cook for a total of 8 to 9 minutes, removing the dome occasionally to mix the potatoes with hibachi spatulas. Add more water each time before covering again.
03 - Remove the dome and add more cooking oil, then add the steak, garlic, kosher salt, pepper, and seasoning blend. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, mixing the ingredients together with hibachi spatulas periodically.
04 - Add the butter during the last minute of cooking. Mix everything together as the butter melts.
