# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Marinade

01 - 2 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into ¼ inch strips
02 - ½ cup avocado oil
03 - 2 tablespoons lime juice
04 - 2 teaspoons chili powder
05 - 2 teaspoons sea salt
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
08 - ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

→ Fajitas

09 - 2 yellow onions, sliced
10 - 2 bell peppers, cut into strips
11 - 8 tortillas, corn or flour

→ For Serving

12 - Shredded cheddar cheese
13 - Sour cream
14 - Lime wedges
15 - Tomatoes
16 - Cilantro
17 - Salsa

# Instructions:

01 - Combine avocado oil, lime juice, chili powder, sea salt, garlic powder, ground cumin, and cayenne pepper in a mason jar or blender. Shake or process until fully emulsified.
02 - Place chicken strips in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, allowing flavors to develop.
03 - Heat the Blackstone grill to medium-high heat and brush with oil to prevent sticking.
04 - Add bell peppers and onions to the grill and cook until lightly charred and softened, stirring occasionally.
05 - Cook the marinated chicken strips on the Blackstone grill until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
