Best Waldorf Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing

01 - ½ cup mayonnaise
02 - 2 teaspoons lemon juice
03 - 1 tablespoon sugar
04 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt

→ Salad

05 - 2 cups apples, cored and diced
06 - 1 cup celery, diced
07 - 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
08 - 1 cup walnuts and/or pecans, toasted and chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Add mayonnaise to a large mixing bowl, lemon juice, sugar, and salt, and mix to combine.
02 - Add apples, celery, grapes, and nuts and toss to coat evenly. Season to taste. Store in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.

# Notes:

01 - Make it lighter: You can swap half of the mayonnaise for plain yogurt or Greek yogurt to make the creamy dressing a little lighter
02 - For variations, try adding dried cranberries, raisins, or dates, or substitute different types of nuts
