Smooth peach sorbet made at home, effortlessly creamy without an ice cream maker.

# Ingredients:

01 - 800 g peeled and sliced ripe yellow peaches (fresh or frozen)
02 - 200 g caster sugar
03 - 1 tbsp lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the peaches into eighths and peel each slice.
02 - Place the peach slices and sugar in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
03 - Once the mixture is smooth, add lemon juice to taste and blend again briefly.
04 - Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for 6-7 hours, or until firm.
