Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Slice the smoked sausage into 1-inch coin shapes.

Add the sliced smoked sausage, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and dijon mustard into the baking dish. Stir together until combined.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly, darker in color, and thickened. Stir everything together a couple of times during cooking to ensure all sausages are evenly coated.

Serve with toothpicks as an appetizer, as a side dish, or alongside Mac & cheese for a kid-friendly dinner. To keep warm for a party, transfer to a slow cooker on WARM setting for 2-3 hours after baking.
