01 - 2 packages (14 oz each) smoked sausage
02 - 1 cup barbecue sauce
03 - 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
04 - 1 tablespoon dijon mustard

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Slice the smoked sausage into 1-inch coin shapes.
03 - Add the sliced smoked sausage, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and dijon mustard into the baking dish. Stir together until combined.
04 - Bake for 45 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly, darker in color, and thickened. Stir everything together a couple of times during cooking to ensure all sausages are evenly coated.
05 - Serve with toothpicks as an appetizer, as a side dish, or alongside Mac & cheese for a kid-friendly dinner. To keep warm for a party, transfer to a slow cooker on WARM setting for 2-3 hours after baking.
