Banana Bread Cinnamon Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup milk (whole).
02 - 2 packs yeast (3 spoons).
03 - 1/4 cup white sugar.
04 - 1/4 cup melted butter.
05 - 1 egg.
06 - 1 egg yolk.
07 - 1/2 cup mashed banana (1-2 bananas).
08 - 1 spoon vanilla.
09 - 4 1/2 - 5 cups flour (plus extra for rolling).
10 - 1/2 spoon salt.
11 - 6 spoons soft butter.
12 - 1 cup dark brown sugar.
13 - 1 spoon cinnamon.
14 - 1 1/2 spoons vanilla.
15 - 1-2 sliced bananas.
16 - 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
17 - 8 oz soft cream cheese.
18 - 2 spoons soft butter.
19 - 3/4 cup powdered sugar.
20 - 2 spoons vanilla.
21 - 1/2 spoon cinnamon.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm milk to feel like bath water. Mix in yeast and sugar. Wait 5 mins till bubbly.
02 - Mix in butter, eggs, mashed banana, vanilla.
03 - Add flour and salt. Mix till dough gets thick.
04 - Knead dough 8-10 mins till smooth. Add flour if sticky.
05 - Put dough in oiled bowl. Cover. Let grow for 1-1 1/2 hours.
06 - Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla for filling. Roll dough into big rectangle.
07 - Spread butter, sugar mix, banana slices, nuts.
08 - Roll up tight. Cut into 12 pieces. Put in buttered pan.
09 - Cover. Let grow 20-25 mins. Heat oven to 350.
10 - Bake 25-30 mins till brown. Cool 10 mins.
11 - Mix cream cheese, butter, sugar till fluffy. Add vanilla, cinnamon. Spread on hot rolls.

01 - Softer than regular rolls thanks to bananas.
02 - Great for having friends over.
03 - Check yeast bubbles - no bubbles means bad yeast.
