Banana Bread Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1-1/2 cups sugar.
02 - 1 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream).
03 - 1/2 cup soft butter.
04 - 2 eggs.
05 - 3-4 ripe bananas, mashed.
06 - 2 tsp vanilla.
07 - 2 cups flour.
08 - 1 tsp baking soda.
09 - 3/4 tsp salt.
10 - 4 Tbsp butter.
11 - 2 cups powdered sugar.
12 - 1 tsp vanilla.
13 - 1-2 Tbsp milk.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
02 - Mix sugar and butter until fluffy.
03 - Beat in the yogurt and eggs.
04 - Mix in the mashed bananas and vanilla.
05 - Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix just until wet. Add nuts if desired.
06 - Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
07 - Bake for 23-28 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
08 - Heat butter in a pan until it is light brown.
09 - Remove from heat quickly to avoid burning. Mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
10 - Pour frosting onto warm bars and spread with a spoon.

# Notes:

01 - Add nuts if you want.
02 - Chocolate chips work too.
03 - Try cream cheese frosting.
04 - Can use less sugar.
05 - Good for 2 days in fridge.
06 - Freezes for 3 months.
