Cheesy Baked Eggs (Print Version)

01 - 16 ounces cottage cheese (2 cups)
02 - 1 pound shredded Pepperjack cheese
03 - 1 tablespoon melted butter
04 - 12 eggs, whisked
05 - 1 teaspoon table salt
06 - 1/2 cup regular flour

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F (175°C). Use the melted butter to coat a 9x13 dish so your food doesn't stick.
02 - In a mixing bowl, stir together the flour, eggs, salt, cottage cheese, and Pepperjack until the mixture looks even.
03 - Pour what you mixed into your greased pan. Put it in the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes. Check after 45 to see if the eggs have set fully.
04 - Slice it into squares while it's still warm. Let everyone add salsa, guac, sour cream, or their favorite toppings to jazz up their portion.

01 - Cut the recipe in half and use an 8-inch or 9-inch square pan. It’ll bake for 30-40 minutes.
