Mix chestnuts with soy sauce, garlic powder and 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Chill 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Heat oven to 400°F. Place rack on sheet pan and spray with cooking spray.

Wrap each chestnut with bacon piece. Secure with toothpick.

Bake 25 minutes on rack.

Mix remaining brown sugar, ketchup and Worcestershire. Brush on chestnuts.

Bake 20 more minutes until bacon is crispy. Garnish with parsley.
