Bacon Brown Sugar Chicken Bites (Print Version)

01 - 1 lb chicken tenders
02 - 10–12 slices of thin-cut bacon
03 - ½ cup light brown sugar, packed
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - ½ tsp paprika
06 - ½ tsp black pepper

07 - Non-stick cooking spray or parchment paper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray with non-stick spray.
02 - In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
03 - Wrap each chicken tender with a slice of bacon, then roll in the brown sugar mixture, pressing to coat.
04 - Place wrapped tenders on the rack, seam side down.
05 - Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and chicken is cooked through.
06 - Let cool slightly before serving.
