Energy Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces almond butter.
02 - 1 1/4 cups gluten-free rolled oats.
03 - 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut.
04 - 1/2 cup maple syrup.
05 - 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips.
06 - 1-2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional).
07 - 1-2 tablespoons flax seeds (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all ingredients in large bowl until well mixed.
02 - Form into 1 1/4 inch balls. Add oats if too wet.
03 - Roll in extra coconut or oats if desired.
04 - Keep in fridge or freezer.
