Air Fryer Tortilla (Print Version)

Crispy, buttery tortilla snack made in an air fryer with mozzarella and herbs.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 regular flour tortillas
02 - 1 tablespoon soft butter
03 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella

→ Seasonings

04 - Sprinkle of garlic powder
05 - Pinch of Italian herbs
06 - Fresh chopped parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Place the tortillas on the counter and spread soft butter evenly across each side, ensuring to cover the edges.
02 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian herbs over one of the buttered tortillas. Stack the second tortilla on top to form a sandwich.
03 - Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
04 - Place the stacked tortillas into the air fryer basket. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes, monitoring closely to achieve a golden and crispy texture.
05 - Carefully remove the tortillas once golden brown. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
