# Instructions:

01 - Gather all ingredients and allow pizza dough to rest at room temperature for 20 minutes if cold.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into 3 x 3 inch squares.
03 - Add approximately 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese, a few pepperoni slices, a pinch of Italian seasoning, and a slight sprinkle of salt to the center of each dough square.
04 - Fold each dough square over the filling to form a ball or rectangle; firmly crimp the edges to seal.
05 - Set the air fryer to 375°F and allow it to preheat for 5 minutes.
06 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and place the assembled rolls inside, ensuring they do not touch.
07 - Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the rolls are golden brown and crisp.
08 - Let the pizza rolls cool for 5 minutes, then serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the dough edges are well sealed to prevent melting cheese from escaping during air frying.
