# Ingredients:

01 - 1 chicken breast, sliced into two thin cutlets

→ Breading Mixture

02 - 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
03 - 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ For Coating

07 - 1 egg, lightly whisked
08 - Olive oil or cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
02 - Slice chicken breast horizontally to create two thin cutlets. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
03 - In one shallow bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and garlic powder. In another shallow bowl, lightly whisk the egg.
04 - Dip each chicken cutlet in egg, allowing excess to drip off. Coat evenly in panko-Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
05 - Spray air fryer basket with oil and place coated cutlets inside without overcrowding. Lightly spray tops with oil.
06 - Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
