BEST Air Fryer Falafel (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Dried chickpeas (2 cups).
02 - Baking soda (1/2 teaspoon).
03 - Fresh parsley leaves (1 cup).
04 - Fresh cilantro leaves (3/4 cup).
05 - Fresh dill (1/2 cup).
06 - Small onion, quartered (1).
07 - Garlic cloves, peeled (7-8).
08 - Ground black pepper (1 tablespoon).
09 - Ground cumin (1 tablespoon).
10 - Ground coriander (1 tablespoon).
11 - Cayenne pepper (1 teaspoon, optional).
12 - Baking powder (1 teaspoon).
13 - Toasted sesame seeds (2 tablespoons).

# Instructions:

01 - Soak dried chickpeas with baking soda for 18-24 hours.
02 - Process chickpeas, herbs, onion, garlic and spices until coarsely ground.
03 - Refrigerate mixture at least 1 hour.
04 - Mix in baking powder and sesame seeds.
05 - Shape into 1/2 inch thick patties with wet hands.
06 - Cook at 400°F for 5-10 minutes per side until golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - Must use dried chickpeas.
02 - Can be frozen.
03 - Don't overcrowd air fryer.
