# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cod fillets (approximately 150g each)
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Seasonings

03 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ For Serving

06 - Lemon wedges
07 - Fresh parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Pat dry the cod with a paper towel.
02 - Mix oil with paprika and garlic powder in a small bowl and brush both sides of each fillet with the mixture.
03 - Place seasoned cod fillets in air fryer basket, ensuring they aren't overlapping.
04 - Cook in air fryer at 200°C/390°F for 10-12 minutes, or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Start checking for doneness around 10 minutes as cooking time may vary with fillet thickness.
05 - Carefully remove cod fillets from air fryer. Serve with lemon wedges and optional parsley garnish. Squeeze lemon over fish just before eating.
