Juicy Air Fryer Chicken Breast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 tablespoon avocado or olive oil

→ Seasoning Mix

03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 3/4 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ For Cooking

09 - Cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat air fryer at 380 F degrees for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large bowl or dish, add chicken, drizzle with oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
02 - Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray, add chicken breasts in a single layer making sure they're not touching.
03 - Air fry at 380 F degrees for 16 minutes, no need to turn or shake.
04 - Open the basket and make sure internal read thermometer inserted in the thickest part reads minimum 150 degrees F.
05 - Transfer onto a platter, cover with tin foil and let rest for 5 minutes to allow juices to settle. Slice against the grain and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Small chicken breasts (5-7 oz): cook for 14 minutes
02 - Medium chicken breasts (8-9 oz): cook for 16 minutes
03 - Large chicken breasts (10+ oz): cook for 18 minutes
04 - If chicken is undercooked, add 2 extra minutes of cooking time
